Information we receive

A product link or description, delivery country, preferred contact method and contact details. You may also provide your name, comments, size or colour preferences, and an image.

How information is used

We use it to review your request, check purchase options, prepare an estimate and reply through your chosen contact method. We do not request payment or passport details through this form.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a private site database and images in private file storage. Access is limited to people authorised to handle requests. The service owner must add the retention period and operator details before a full public launch.

Your questions

To request a change or deletion of your data, use the contact channel that the service owner will publish before a full public launch.
